We will provide training at the time and place agreed when the booking is made. The training content is explained in the course specifications on our website.

If you need to cancel or reschedule the training, fees apply;
More than Two weeks Cancel 0%, Rebook 0%
One to two weeks weeks cancel 50% Rebook 20%
Less Than a week up to day before Cancel 100% Rebook 60%
On the day Cancel 100% Rebook 80%

Payment is due before the training takes place, as per the invoice. If you are late paying we will not send certificates until you have paid.
